Why I built Pass It Forward

It didn't start as a business.

It started with a moment.

One day, out of nowhere, everything changed — attention came, people showed support, and I saw something I hadn't seen before:

Not numbers… but people.

People who wanted more. People who were trying. People who just needed the right environment.

That's when it clicked.

Most people don't fail because they're not capable. They fail because they're in the wrong environment.

Surrounded by noise. Fake opportunities. No structure. No real support.

I realised something simple:

What if there was a place where people could actually connect, build, and grow together — without all the distractions?

That's where Pass It Forward came from.

The Forged System

Your reputation is your escrow

The Forged Deal System is what makes Pass It Forward different from every other community. No contracts. No lawyers. No fees. Just two members, a deal, and your XP on the line.

Agree on Terms

Both members find each other through the Live Feed or Community. They agree on a deal title, description, amount, and terms — all confirmed publicly on the platform.

Stake Your XP

Both sides lock in XP before work begins. This is real skin in the game. Your tier limits how large a deal you can create OR accept. The higher your XP, the bigger the deals you unlock.

Deliver or Face It

When the work is done, both parties mark their outcome. Both say delivered? XP bonus. Disagree? It goes to dispute. Cancel mid-deal? You lose 25% of your staked XP.

Deal outcomes

✅ Both say "Delivered"

→ Both get staked XP returned
→ Both earn +25 XP bonus
→ Deal recorded on both profiles
→ Trust score increases
→ Unlocks higher deal limits

❌ Both say "Failed"

→ Mutual failure — both acknowledge it
→ XP returned to both parties
→ No strikes issued
→ Deal recorded as failed
→ Move on, no hard feelings

⚖️ Disagreement → Disputed

→ One says delivered, other says failed
→ Deal enters "Disputed" status
→ Founder reviews and makes final call
→ Losing party gets strike + XP loss
→ Winning party gets XP returned

🚫 Cancel an Active Deal

→ Pending deals: cancel free, no penalty
→ Active deals: canceller loses 25% XP
→ Other party's XP returned in full
→ No strikes for cancelling
→ Use this only if you truly can't deliver

The Strike System

Strikes come from failed deals and lost disputes. They're permanent and visible on your profile. XP penalties escalate with each strike. Three strikes and you're banned forever — no exceptions.

Refunds & Disputes

Pass It Forward is a reputation platform — not a payment processor. We do not hold, process, or have access to any funds. All payments flow directly between members.

⚠️ What if someone doesn't deliver?

If you paid but the other person didn't deliver, mark the deal as "Failed." If they disagree, the deal enters Disputed status. The founder reviews the evidence and makes the final call. The party at fault receives a strike and loses XP. Three strikes = permanent ban.

💳 How do I get my money back?

Since payments go directly between members (via Stripe, USDT, or bank transfer), refunds must be arranged directly with the other party. If they refuse, you can dispute the charge through your payment provider (e.g. Stripe or your bank). We will support your case with deal records from the platform.
